CLASSES
KIDS
Kids' classes are open to children age 6 and up. Basic requirement is the ability to follow direction. These classes build on skills that will be used in all aspects of children's lives: good manners, listening skills, focus and attention span, team work, self control, as well as physical fitness.
ADULTS
Adult classes use the traditional methods of Silat, meaning the focus is on using technique and proper body motion, instead of power or strength, in order to learn to defend oneself. Weapons, including knife, stick, staff, and sword, are also an integral part of the curriculum.
TAMA YOGA
These classes use breathing and stretching exercises to cultivate better health, balance, flexibility, and peace of mind.
